Qualifications Strong analytical skills to assess sales trends, performance metrics, and inventory management. Team management experience, including the ability to lead, motivate, and guide a retail sales team. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage, build relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members. Proven experience in training and developing team members to enhance performance and maintain company standards. Ability to work in a dynamic, customer-facing retail environment.
