We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Software Sales Representative to join our team. This remote position is based in India and focuses on the USA market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software sales, with the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with clients across different cultures and time zones.
Your Role
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets in the USA market.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with USA-based clients.
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs actively.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
Collaborate with team members from different departments (e.g., product development, marketing) to ensure brand consistency and increase sales.
Adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field.
Provide detailed reports of sales results, including completed deals, pipeline, and future forecasts.
Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
Attend international sales events, conferences, and webinars as necessary to network and develop industry expertise.
Manage sales pipeline and administer all processes and systems in compliance with company’s policies.
What You Will Bring To The Team
Proven experience as a sales representative with a successful track record in software sales.
Familiarity with CRM practices, along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in English.
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
Time management and organizational skills to manage sales with a significant time zone difference.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or relevant field.
Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate USA time zones.
Additional Skills
Knowledge of the software and tech industry, with an ability to understand and present complex products to potential clients.
Cultural awareness and sensitivity to deal with a diverse range of clients.
Technical expertise to understand and pitch products accurately.
