Inside Sales Rep

Lingo Staffing is now hiring an Inside Sales Rep in Christiansburg, VA. Hours: 8am 5pm Monday Thursday, 8a-2pm Friday. Pay: $15.50 / hour during training. $16.50 for bilingual (English and Spanish) candidates. Duties include maintaining and expanding an existing customer base in certain allocated territories in the USA and/or Canada and providing technical support and advice.

• Sales acquisition through phone calls and emails.
• Expected active phone time - at least 90 minutes/day
• Maintain existing customer base
• New customer acquisition
• Submitting offers and processing trials and orders
• Maintaining the CRM program by entering relevant information into the system.

• Experience in selling industrial tools or practical experience in using industrial tools would be desirable.
• The candidate must be communicative and should not be hesitant to contact customers by phone and sell our products.
• Professional demeanor and friendly personality
• Willing and able to learn proprietary tools and parts
• Experience using computers required
