Interviews patients, measures vital signs (i.e., pulse rate, temperature, blood pressure, weight, and height), and records or inputs information to patients medical record. Prepares treatment rooms for examination of patients./ph3Responsibilities/h3ulliAccompany patient to exam/procedure room/liliPrepare patients for examination and treatment/liliCheck the schedule and organize patient flow/liliPrepare exam and treatment rooms with necessary instruments and supplies/liliEnsure that all treatment rooms are cleaned and stocked at the end of the workday/liliAssist providers in preparing the patient and the facilities for minor surgeries/liliPrepare and maintain supplies and equipment for treatments, including equipment sterilization/liliAssist with scheduling of patients tests and treatments/liliCleaning and spore testing of the autoclave, adhering to scheduled maintenance and maintain record-Maintenance of biopsy log, biopsy slides, and pathology reports/liliProcess prescription refills in compliance with established procedures, assuring authorization for prescriptions as needed/li/ulh3Requirements/h3ulliOne (1) or more years of experience as a qualified medical assistant/liliPrior experience in plastic surgery is required/liliKnowledge of medical office management systems and procedures/liliExcellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work/liliSocial perceptiveness and service oriented/liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills/liliStrong organizational and planning skills/liliProficiency in MS Office and patient management software, Nextech/li/ulh3Benefits and Perks/h3pWe value our employees time and efforts.
