Über
Operate and maintain a fully automated packaging machine, responsible for folding and filling product. Ensure safe, efficient operations while meeting quality and food safety standards.
Position Responsibilities- Operate, monitor, and adjust automated folding and filling machinery
- Set operating conditions using control panels and respond to equipment issues
- Clear jams and restock materials to maintain continuous production flow
- Perform and document quality checks (bag integrity, weights, product volume)
- Record machine downtime and production data accurately
- Maintain required production and sanitation documentation
- Follow all food safety, quality, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
- Keep work area clean and organized; complete housekeeping and sanitation tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years manufacturing or machine operation experience
- Ability to operate computerized equipment and troubleshoot issues
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to lift, push, and pull materials as needed
- Work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, temperature changes, and moving equipment
