HR Generalist (Co Clare) Key 2 Recruitment has been retained by an expanding mid-size manufacturing Company based in Co Clare to recruit a HR Generalist to be based in the company offices in Co Clare. The company will consider a part time or a full-time role. The company are open to considering a Junior HR Generalist with 1 to 2 years experience or a more senior HR professional with management experience. (Salary will be reflective of experience) Should the role be part time the company have flexibility on hours and days but would require 30 to 32 hours per week with the possibility of 1 day hybrid per week. The remainder of the hours would require the candidate to be on site. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Manage the full recruitment process. Be the primary point of contact for employees, providing support, guidance, and accurate information on HR policies, procedures, and benefits Manage the onboarding process for new employees Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records Administer employee benefits programs Manage Employee Relations, including investigations, grievance and disciplinary procedures Support managers in addressing performance issues and implementing PIPs where appropriate Remain up to date in relation to Irish employment legislation and ensure company policies and practices remain compliant with Irish and EU law Provide weekly reports on HR metrics, i.e., attrition, attendance, etc. Coordinate, deliver, and/or facilitate employee development and training programs Work with HR Director to develop succession plans for key roles to ensure business continuity Promote a positive workplace culture in line with company values Work with third party provider on acquiring and renewing work permits as required All administrative work associated with HR function REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Minimum Level 8 Degree in Human Resources Management Up to date knowledge of Irish Employment Legislation High level of confidentiality and discretion Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Salarie scale of between €45k to €60 k basic dependant on experience and an excellent benefits package including Healthcare, above the norm company pension contributions, Bonus and flexitime.
