In accordance with applicable policies/procedures and Federal/State laws, may perform the following supervisory responsibilities: Planning, assigning, and directing work; coaching and appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. College Experience is a plus.Demonstrated understanding of best-demonstrated practices in the areas of business development, customer intimacy, process improvement and distribution.Strong understanding of the industry and branch marketsComputer (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skillsAbility to analyze fairly complex product data and develop innovative recommendations and solutionsExcellent planning and organizing and project management skills.
