First-year potential earnings could exceed $150,000+/ppResponsibilities:/pulliIn-home consultation, follow-up, and sale of Residential HVAC equipment and services/liliMaintain and improve sales revenue and gross margin for Residential HVAC division/liliRegularly develop sales skills and stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge/liliResponsible for scheduling jobs, design and job orders/liliCommunicate scope of work with Residential Install and/or Service teams/liliEnsure great client service from order to delivery and beyond/li/ulpJob Qualifications:/pulliHigh school diploma or equivalent required/liliPrevious sales experience in a similar setting preferred/liliKnowledge of HVAC, home, and/or energy industries preferred/liliClean driving record with valid drivers license/li/ulpCompetencies:/pulliStrong communication and interpersonal skills/liliKnowledge of energy efficiency principles, building science, or insulation products preferred/liliProven experience in sales, energy consulting, or related field preferred/liliSelf-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities/li/ulpWhat can we offer you?/pulliBase salary of $80,000 plus 2% commission for 6 months, then will be Commission-Only at 10%/liliComprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance/lili401k retirement plan with company match/liliPaid Vacation and New York State sick time/li/ulpThe anticipated first-year earnings for this position is $150,000-180,000 or more. The base salary is $80,000 with 2% commission on all sales for your first 6 months. After 6 months, you will then switch to commission-only at 10%.
