Applications Engineering Associate Manager role is responsible for leading the 1LMX MES Acceleration Team in the development of application solutions for capability enablement within the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) ecosystems. This development is the cornerstone for successfully enabling LM Aero Operation's business transformation for all Lines of Businesses and programs. What You Will Be Doing Lead a technical team of Application Engineers who are developing MES solutions for 1LMX Aero business transformation. Collaborate with cross-functional leadership for alignment on scope and strategy execution for operations capability development. Ability to lead a team that has team members based across Aero's main sites. Personnel management tasks including staffing, training, work assignments, and performance reviews. Providing leadership and guidance to coach, motivate, recruit, and mentor team members. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $99,700 - $175,835. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
