Location: WFH USA Washington Redmond Job Type: Full time/ Contract Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer with a strong background in Product Design to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences while ensuring that product design principles are at the forefront of their work. This role requires a deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies and the ability to translate complex requirements into elegant and functional designs. Responsibilities: Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user requirements and design solutions that meet business goals. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design concepts. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design ideas and user flows. Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products. Iterate on designs based on feedback from users and team members, ensuring a user centered approach throughout the design process. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX and product design. Mentor junior designers and contribute to the overall growth of the design team. Mandatory Skills: Proven experience in Product Design with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work. Expertise in user interface design and user experience principles. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar. Strong understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively. Preferred Skills: Experience with front end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in cross functional teams. Knowledge of analytics tools to measure user engagement and design effectiveness. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in design, Human Computer Interaction, or a related field. 7-10 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on product design. A strong portfolio that demonstrates a user centered design approach and showcases your design process.
