Requirements: 5-7 years of experience in data manipulation and statistical model development. Masters or PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline. TS/SCI Level Security Clearance. Proficient in statistical programming languages such as R, Python, and SQL. Familiarity with data architecture creation and management. Knowledge of various machine learning techniques like clustering, decision trees, and neural networks. Strong coding skills in multiple programming languages including C, C++, Java, and JavaScript. Experience with statistical and data mining methods such as regression and text mining. Ability to evaluate third-party data sources like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights. Proficiency in distributed computing tools including Hadoop and Spark. Experience in data visualization tools like Periscope and ggplot.
Responsibilities: Collaborate with various departments to identify how to utilize company data to enhance business solutions. Analyze and mine data from company databases to improve product development and marketing strategies. Evaluate the reliability and effectiveness of new data sources and collection methods. Create custom data models and algorithms applicable to data sets. Apply predictive modeling techniques to optimize customer experience and revenue generation. Establish frameworks for A/B testing and assess model quality. Work alongside different teams to implement models and monitor their results. Develop processes and tools to oversee model performance and ensure data accuracy.
