Compensation: $22 - $32 per hour
What You'll Do
Build and maintain the backend systems and services that connect data, workflows, and applications.
Design and refine how data is structured, stored, and accessed within databases.
Support updates and improvements to existing backend systems and data models.
Experiment with Al-powered tools or APIs to enhance automations and streamline workflows
Work closely with CRM operations specialists to understand needs and build solutions.
What We're Looking For
Comfortable writing code and interested in how backend systems enable real functionality and efficient operations.
Curious about how systems, services, and data connect behind the scenes.
Thoughtful about turning complex problems into clear, maintainable solutions.
Nice to Haves
Familiarity with databases and basic query languages such as SQL.
Understanding of how APls connect different systems and share data.
Understanding of cloud or serverless environments and how they're used to run backend code.
Familiarity with version control (Git or similar).
