Lead Salesforce enhancements and design advanced dashboards to improve sales productivity Deliver actionable insights through complex data analysis and own the forecasting process Develop standardized processes for lead management and identify bottlenecks to implement scalable solutions
Required qualifications
3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations or a similar analytical role at a SaaS or B2B company Salesforce administrator-level expertise, including advanced reporting and automation Strong proficiency in data analysis tools, with advanced Excel/Google Sheets and SQL or BI tools preferred Experience owning a sales forecasting process and producing predictive analyses for senior leadership Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
