About the Company Our client is a fast-growing B2B SaaS startup transforming how restaurants and quick-service restaurants (QSRs) operate in the U.S. Their all-in-one platform includes mobile apps, online ordering systems, self-service kiosks, AI-powered call handling, and kitchen display systems (KDS). They help restaurants streamline operations, increase order volume, and enhance customer experience through innovative digital solutions.

Job Summary We are hiring a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 1–2 years of tech sales experience to support outbound and inbound sales efforts. This is a high-performance, KPI-driven role ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced remote sales environment and are motivated by targets, growth, and commission potential.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct 60–100 outbound calls daily to prospective restaurant clients
Book 5–8 qualified demos per week for Account Executives
Qualify inbound leads and ensure timely follow-ups
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems
Support seamless handoff of qualified opportunities to the sales team
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
Work independently while consistently achieving performance KPIs
1–2 years of experience in tech sales, SaaS sales, or SDR roles
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
Proven ability to meet or exceed KPIs (80–100 calls/day, strong conversion rates)
Reliable, high-speed internet connection and professional remote setup
Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented mindset
Spanish language proficiency (highly preferred)
Experience selling into the restaurant, hospitality, or QSR industry
Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or similar platforms
Fully remote role with a structured, high-performance environment
