Their engineering division supports clients with turnkey technical services, backed by a team of skilled engineers and a reputation for excellence.
This position — Engineering Sales Manager or Director (depending on experience) — is an exceptional opportunity for a commercially driven professional to lead business development efforts across engineering services.
Responsibilities:
Drive sales and business development for engineering services across the renewable energy sector (Solar, BESS, Wind).
Build and maintain relationships with EPCs, developers, and asset owners.
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, aligned with company goals.
Identify opportunities for new partnerships and service growth.
Collaborate closely with internal engineering, operations, and executive teams to ensure client success.
Requirements:
Proven track of selling engineering services (electrical discipline strongly preferred; mechanical or civil also considered).
Proven record of identifying leads, raising opportunities and converting into significant meetings with decision makers.
Established network within the renewable energy industry.
Strategic, consultative approach with a clear sales methodology.
Strong understanding of renewable energy markets and project lifecycles.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
