About the Role The Partnership Sales Support Associate will facilitate sales support activities between partners, key contacts, and Loan Originators. Reporting to the Director of Sales Success, you will build relationships, drive volume, and recommend Figure products to support partner businesses. Strong communication, organization, and sales support expertise are essential for driving business growth and improving partnerships.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact between existing and potential partner’s sales leadership and individual Loan Originators, ensuring seamless communication and support throughout the sales process.
Collaborate with partner sales leadership to enhance the effectiveness of sales meetings, providing valuable insights, updates, and support to drive sales performance.
Develop processes to ration support in a way that maximizes ROI to Figure and automates the engagement as much as possible.
Develop and communicate best practices for utilizing the Figure Product to maximize sales effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
Develop processes to scale communication to the maximum extent possible.
Collect, analyze, and report feedback from the field to identify areas for improvement and inform strategic decision‑making.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive partner training portal, providing partners easy access to training resources, product information and other relevant materials.
Keep accurate records of sales support activities, escalations, and feedback to ensure transparency and accountability within the team.
Conduct interactive and impactful training sessions, workshops, and webinars for partners.
Work with onboarding teams to schedule and provide training for both administrative and sales teams with each new partner.
Qualifications
2+ years of proven experience in sales and/or sales support or a similar role within the financial services industry.
A proven desire to provide excellent relationship management within the context of driving additional business.
Ability to identify future business opportunities and partners.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and collaborative approach to problem‑solving.
Solid working knowledge of mortgage lending processes and products.
Must be able to travel up to 20% of the time.
Compensation Compensation Range: $74,800-$88,000/yr, 25% annual bonus target paid quarterly, equity stock options package. (United States; actual compensation may vary based on individual candidate experience, location, or evolving business needs.)
