Über
We're looking for a
motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR)
to join our team! This is a remote, full-time role ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a proven track record in both
inbound and outbound sales .
You’ll be responsible for engaging prospects, managing leads, priprending ... closing those deals — playing a vital role in growing our customer base and driving revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Prospecting:
Initiate contact with potential clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads.
Inbound Lead Handling:
Respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries and guide prospects through the sales funnel.
Sales Conversations:
Speak with decision Sunni ... tomorrow. (Note: continued in next lines)
Lead Management:
Update and track all lead activity using a CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce).
Follow-Up & Nurturing:
Maintain ongoing communication to build trust and guide leads toward a decision.
Closing Deals:
Confidently handle objections and close small to mid-sized sales opportunities.
Reporting:
Document outreach and provide regular performance updates.

Qualifications:
Excellent
spoken and written English
communication.
1–3 years
of experience in sales, SDR, or telemarketing roles.
Proven success in
converting leads
from outbound and inbound sources.
Strong understanding of
sales techniques ,
lead qualification , and
objection handling .
Proficiency in using
CRM platforms
like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
Highly
self-motivated , organized, and results-focused.
Comfortable managing a
