Job Title:Site Manager / Project Manager Project:Faade Remediation Project Location: Dublin City Centre Salary/Package:Negotiable DOE/Competitive+package We are seeking an experienced and driven Site Manager / Project Manager to lead a high-profile faade remediation project in the heart of Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established main contractor with a strong reputation for delivering complex construction and refurbishment schemes to the highest standards. The Role You will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of a major faade remediation project, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role will require a hands-on leader who can coordinate site operations, manage subcontractors, and maintain strong communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Oversee all on-site activities and manage day-to-day operations Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and site teams Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company standards Monitor project progress against programme and report regularly to senior management Manage quality control and ensure all works meet required specifications Liaise with clients, consultants, and local authorities Identify and mitigate project risks proactively Requirements Proven experience as a Site Manager or Project Manager on faade remediation, external envelope, or refurbishment projects Strong knowledge of construction processes, particularly faade systems and remediation techniques Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain project momentum in a busy city-centre environment Relevant construction qualifications (e.g., degree or trade background) Up-to-date knowledge of health & safety legislation Whats on Offer Opportunity to work with a highly respected contractor known for quality delivery and professionalism A prominent city-centre project with technical complexity and visibility Competitive salary and benefits package Supportive team environment with opportunities for career progression How to apply send your updated CV to APPLY NOW
