Performance Analyst

Performance Analyst (Focus on Google Analytics) Active SC Clearance is Essential 1-2 Days a month in the office in London or Croydon £525 Inside IR35 Initially 2 Month Contract   We are seeking a Performance Analyst with a strong focus on Google Analytics to join our team. This role is essential in helping our organisation understand and improve our digital performance through data analysis and insights.   Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse web traffic and user behaviour data using Google Analytics to identify trends and patterns.
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and IT teams to optimise digital campaigns and enhance user experience.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for improvements based on data findings.
• Conduct A/B testing and other analytical methods to measure the effectiveness of various initiatives.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by regularly auditing analytics setups and configurations.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practises in analytics, digital marketing, and user experience.   Qualifications:
• Active SC Clearance 
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a performance analysis role, preferably in a digital environment.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, including the ability to set up tracking and analyse metrics.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Experience with data visualisation tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in an understandable manner to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with other analytics tools or platforms is a plus
