Gaming Development Engineering Manager
to lead our talented team of game developers and engineers. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, creative environment and has a strong technical background in game development, along with proven leadership skills. Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of game developers, software engineers, and technical artists to deliver high‑quality gaming experiences. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA teams to define game features, architecture, and development timelines. Drive technical excellence and innovation in game development, including performance optimization, scalability, and platform compatibility. Oversee the development lifecycle from concept to release, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Evaluate and implement new tools, technologies, and development methodologies to enhance productivity and game quality. Manage resource allocation, project planning, and risk mitigation across multiple projects. Ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and platform guidelines. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Game Development, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in game development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role. Strong proficiency in game engines such as Unity, Unreal Engine, or proprietary engines. Experience with cross‑platform development (PC, console, mobile). Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and organizational skills. Proven track record of delivering successful game titles or major game features. Why Join Ascendion?

The salary for this position is between $100,000 to $140,000 USD annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Benefits
