Step into a leadership role as a 100% REMOTE SEO Manager, operating within the 7:30 am - 3:30 pm Mountain Standard Time window.
Must reside in North America.
You won’t just execute SEO – you’ll own the strategy, guide execution, and drive measurable results.
Responsibilities
Lead and oversee SEO strategy across multiple client websites within the medical aesthetics industry.
Own and execute SEO strategy across all assigned client accounts.
Conduct advanced SEO audits and oversee implementation of on‑page, off‑page, and technical optimizations.
Collaborate with content, web, and account teams to align SEO with broader marketing goals.
Define keyword strategies, content roadmaps, and authority‑building initiatives.
Monitor rankings, traffic, conversions, and technical health—translating data into clear insights.
Develop and manage backlink strategies to increase domain authority.
Identify, prioritize, and resolve technical SEO issues at scale.
Review and implement client feedback while maintaining strategic integrity.
Oversee monthly reporting, performance summaries, updates, and changelogs for clients.
Stay ahead of algorithm updates and evolving SEO best practices.
Act as the SEO subject‑matter expert during team discussions and internal strategy sessions.
Be the SEO authority in team conversations and a key voice in weekly departmental meetings.
Qualifications
3+ years of proven SEO experience, with at least 1+ years in a leadership, senior, or ownership role (agency experience strongly preferred).
Highly analytical, systems‑driven, detail‑obsessed, and confident communicating strategy to internal teams and clients alike.
Expertise with tools like MOZ, Ahrefs, SEMrush, GSC, GA4—ability to translate insights into action.
Masterful balance of technical SEO, content strategy, and UX, ensuring websites perform beautifully on any device while ranking aggressively.
Self‑motivated; proactively identifies opportunities, tests hypotheses, and improves systems continuously.
