The Role As a member of the analytics team, you will bring order to vast amounts of internal and external data so OnePay can make better data‑driven business decisions faster. You will work cross‑functionally to define the problem, create a framework, leverage data to enable optimal decision‑making, and craft proposals that advance the business and improve the customer experience.
What you’ll do
Perform detailed product usage and business performance analyses to derive insights that lead to actionable solutions.
Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to measure impact of changes with a focus on iteration to perfection.
Intertwine analytics with business and product strategy to craft proposals that impact the bottom line.
Leverage AI‑powered tools and techniques to uncover patterns, automate insights, and push the boundaries of product analytics.
Share business insights and product enhancement recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders effectively and concisely.
Dig into user behavior to identify high‑impact product improvements or targeted outreach.
Think through second‑order impacts of analysis and explain the impacts to different business areas.
You bring
4–7 years of professional experience in analytics with a proven track record of leveraging quantitative analyses to drive business or product changes.
Advanced SQL skills with a track record of extracting and analyzing complex datasets independently.
Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills—you can go from ambiguous questions to clear insights.
Proven ability to work cross‑functionally to translate complex data questions into practical business guidance.
Drive and proactivity; everyone here is a builder and executor.
