Key Responsibilities
Define and design end-to-end data flows within Databricks (Google Cloud platform)
Develop and implement robust data pipelines and data models
Design and manage tables for complex data structures, ensuring efficiency and scalability
Work with large datasets to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data effectively
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Ensure data quality, integrity, and performance optimisation across systems
Required Skills & Experience
Strong proficiency in Pythonand SQL
Hands‑on experience with Databricks and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Proven experience designing and implementing data pipelines and data flows
Expertise in data modelling, particularly for complex data structures
Solid understanding of ETL processes and data architecture best practices
Preferred Experience
Experience working in cloud‑based data environments
Familiarity with big data tools and distributed processing frameworks
Knowledge of performance tuning and optimisation techniques
Key Attributes
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
