Graphic Designer
to support the development of impactful visual communications across the firm. What You'll Do As a
Graphic Designer , you will support a variety of internal and external communication efforts, creating visually engaging and effective materials while helping strengthen and evolve the Psomas brand.
Design and produce a variety of branded materials including presentations, proposal graphics, brochures, social media assets, infographics, digital content, and event materials.
Use AI-enabled creative tools and emerging technology to support workflows, develop ideas, and improve production efficiency while maintaining design quality and brand consistency.
Maintain consistency across all branded materials while helping evolve and strengthen the visual identity of the firm.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field preferred; equivalent professional experience considered
Minimum 2+ years of experience designing for both print and digital formats
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, layout design, presentations, marketing materials, and digital content
Strong visual design fundamentals including typography, layout, and composition
Experience within the AEC industry and/or proposal and business development materials is a plus
Familiarity with AI-enabled design tools and emerging creative technologies preferred
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Range:
$25.00-$35.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)
