As a Senior Solutions Architect at Lineal Services, you serve as the strategic and technical authority responsible for designing, architecting, and delivering complex, high-impact eDiscovery solutions for enterprise clients. You operate as a senior consultative partner, translating multifaceted legal, regulatory, and technical challenges into scalable, defensible, and efficient solutions.
This role extends beyond day-to-day task execution and advanced problem solving. Collaborate with team managers on knowledge transfer and capability development across the fulfillment organization.
Align solution architecture to budget expectations while preserving defensibility and performance.

Lead internal initiatives to improve process design, automation, and technology utilization.
Assist in evaluating new tools, integrations, and platform enhancements.
Drive strategic, consultative engagement rather than task-based execution.

Deliver defensible, scalable, and efficient solutions to complex client challenges.
Communicate architectural strategy clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proactively identify risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Elevate organizational standards through mentorship and thought leadership.
Maintain executive presence and professionalism in high-stakes environments.
