We are seeking a motivated and customer‑focused
Inside Sales Representative
to join our growing team. This fully remote role involves managing customer inquiries, adding new distributors, generating quotes, following up on leads, and helping customers select the right LED products for their applications. You’ll work closely with distributors, contractors, and our internal teams to drive sales and deliver excellent service.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound inquiries, provide product recommendations, and prepare quotes for LED lighting products
Conduct outbound calls/emails to follow up on leads, proposals, and existing accounts
Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and rep agents if applicable
Identify customer needs and match appropriate LED products, accessories, or custom solutions
Support regional inside sales manager with account coordination and documentation
Qualify new leads from marketing campaigns and online sources
Monitor open quotes, lighting layouts, RFQ, crosses and convert opportunities into closed deals
Track and follow up on open POs, backorders, and project timelines
Product Knowledge & Support
Develop a strong understanding of LED fixtures, basic functions and applications
Provide technical assistance on product specifications and installation requirements
Qualifications
1–3+ years of inside sales or customer service experience – preferred not required (LED/lighting/electrical industry preferred)
Strong communication skills (phone, email, virtual meetings)
Ability to manage multiple accounts and stay highly organized
Comfortable using CRM tools, MS Office/Google Workspace, and Teams
Self‑motivated and productive in a remote environment
Fully remote position in the United States, full time Mondayieke 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Requires stable, high‑speed internet if remote
Occasional virtual product training and weekly team meetings with inside sales manager
Equipment will be provided: a laptop and a desk phone magnetic
