This is a remote, US-based role.
Responsibilities:
Conduct client discovery calls with account executives.
Meet with clients to discuss fraud strategies to mitigate risk.
Strategize with the sales team to ensure alignment with partner’s needs.
Create and deliver presentations aligned to proposed solution value.
Support the sales team with all technical related queries.
Establish best practices across all solution analytics team members through effective coaching.
Design and execute analysis for white papers and other industry materials. Identify relevant insights, e.g., based on emerging fraud tactics, and collaborate on publishing.
Develop relationships and maintain customer relationships.
Requirements:
5 years work experience in the Credit space.
Strong analytical & communication skills, comfortable with ambiguity, a quick learner, drives work independently.
Enthusiastic about becoming an expert in topics related to the future of financial services, fraud & identity.
High-level communication skills.
Exceptional interpersonal skills.
Ability to present ideas in a clear, user-friendly way.
Attention to detail.
Sales experience.
Technical skills: proficient with Google docs, sheets & slides; SQL and/or Python a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering (ability to write scripts), a plus.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must live in the United States.
Salary Range:
$160,000/year - $190,000/year + equity + benefits
