We’re a fast-growing Series A startup backed by $34M in funding and driven by a team that moves fast, stays curious, and cares about high-quality execution.
About the Role We're looking for an Agentic Content Strategy & Execution Lead to build and operate the systems that power our B2B content engine — both human and AI-based. You'll design AI pipelines, vibe-code internal tools and automations, own SEO strategy, coordinate with partners, and ship multi-format content at a pace that conventional processes can’t match.
This role is not just about execution. We want someone who thinks about why content works — someone who reads about AI, follows the discourse around attention, cognition, and how information spreads, and has opinions worth publishing. If you have a blog, a newsletter, or a LinkedIn presence where you explore these ideas, that's a strong signal.
Goal Accelerate content-driven pipeline by building and operating systems that produce high-volume, high-relevance content. Own the full stack — from ideation infrastructure to production automation to SEO architecture to performance feedback loops. Build tools when none exist. Ship content when they do.
What Success Looks Like
Pipeline Contribution — Understands how content fits into the broader pipeline target. Can articulate which content types, topics, and distribution channels influence pipeline, and prioritizes work accordingly.
SEO Impact — Drives measurable organic growth through keyword strategy, content clustering, technical SEO fixes, and search‑intent alignment. Tracks rankings and correlates SEO performance to pipeline.
Experimentation & Learning — Demonstrates ability to hypothesize, test, and learn consistently. Can fully own a number of isolated experiments each month — including tool‑building experiments, not just content experiments.
Editorial Quality — Maintains a quality bar where published content complies with internal styleguide and requires minimal revision from editorial leadership.
Content System Maturity — Progressively automates content production to minimize human intervention. Builds custom tooling where off‑the‑shelf solutions fall short.
Content Systems Maintenance — Keeps content workflows documented, operational, and current. Proactively updates systems when new technology or tooling emerges.
Key Responsibilities
SEO Strategy & Execution — Own keyword research, content clustering, on‐page optimization, and search intent mapping. Work with engineering on technical SEO. Monitor rankings and organic performance in GSC and third‑party tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, or equivalent).
Content Systems (Tech) — Build and maintain multi-modal AI content pipelines using tools by Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, and more. Vibe‑code internal utilities, scrapers, CMS automations, and workflow tools using Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent.
Content Systems (Human) — Optimize and maintain human processes: interview frameworks, editorial handoffs, SME extraction methods, feedback loops.
Content Production — Create, edit, and ship content across formats, working with AI drafts, human editing passes, and structured review cycles.
Source Development — Conduct customer interviews for case studies, coordinate with partners on co‑branded content and webinars, extract insights from internal SMEs.
Analytics & Attribution — Work in GA4, GSC, and internal MTA attribution dashboards to measure content performance. Trace content touchpoints to pipeline and revenue. Build lightweight dashboards or scripts when existing reporting gaps slow iteration.
Sales Enablement — Produce, maintain, and update demand generation and sales assets. Battlecards, one‑pagers, objection handlers. Velocity over polish.
Requirements — Non‑Negotiable
Exceptional command of English (native or C1/C2 proficiency)
Has produced clean B2B prose with measurable pipeline impact
Strong SEO fundamentals: keyword research, content clustering, search intent, on‑page optimization, and GSC proficiency
Has built functional tools or automations through AI‑assisted coding (Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, etc.) — not just prompts, but shipped, working things
Comfortable reading, debugging, and lightly editing code (HTML, CSS, Python, JS) even without a traditional engineering background
Can navigate Webflow CMS and build or extend CMS‑connected automations
Demonstrates learning velocity over credential depth
Proficient in GA4, Google Search Console, and content analytics tooling
Can design and run content experiments, then articulate results in business terms (pipeline influenced, conversion lift, SQL contribution)
Strong interviewer — can lead a customer call, extract the story, and turn it into usable content
Working experience with multi-modal AI: text‑to‑image, text‑to‑video, image‑to‑video, text‑to‑speech (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, ElevenLabs, Kling, Flux)
Requirements — Preferred
Has a blog, newsletter, LinkedIn presence, or public writing where they explore ideas around AI, technology, philosophy, or the future of cognition and information — this is a genuine green flag, not a box to check
Curious about AI not just as a tool but as a subject: reads about AI trends, has thought about questions of machine consciousness, agency, and what it means for how we work and create
Has shipped an internal tool or workflow automation end‑to‑end through vibe‑coding — can describe what it does, why it was built, and what broke along the way
Background in technical product roles or engineering
Experience with single and multi‑touch attribution models
Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, or lightweight data pipelines built through AI‑assisted development
Familiarity with semantic search, embeddings, or content graph concepts
Has written technical documentation or developer‑facing content
Experience coordinating webinars or co‑marketing initiatives with partners
Can produce end‑to‑end multi‑format content (video snippets, audiograms, visual assets) without external dependencies
