Über
Responsibilities Develop tooling and systems to support our trading activities: pricing enhancements for derivatives, execution algorithms and infrastructure, trading product development, etc. Promote strong collaboration within a cross‑functional team, including design, product management, traders, quants, and trade operations. Solve technical problems of high scope and complexity. Be involved in some of the most innovative products within the industry, like correlation exotics, missing data volatility pricing, etc.
Qualifications A bachelor's/masters degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or a related field. Proficiency in Python and preferably a low‑level language and basics of a UI framework. Familiarity with distributed systems. Familiarity with derivative products or risk management frameworks. Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns. Strong problem‑solving skills. Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset with a detail‑oriented approach to operations. Ability to move quickly and adapt to a fast‑moving environment. Comfort working in a highly agile, intensively iterative software development process. Desire to work in an early‑stage product startup.
Bonus Criteria Experience with exotic products. Experience with numerical methods and optimization. Experience with React.
