Your Impact
Champion the creation and evolution of a high-performance PMO, setting the gold standard for program delivery and governance.
Forge powerful partnerships with C-suite leaders, aligning priorities and building multi-year roadmaps that drive real business results.
Lead the charge on major transformation initiatives—consumer experience, supply chain, digital, technology, and data—ensuring every project delivers value and ROI.
Be the trusted voice for program updates, board reporting, and cross-functional alignment, building trust and transparency across the organization.
Cultivate a culture of accountability, clarity, and proactive communication, empowering teams to deliver their best work.
Design and implement future-state outcomes and use cases that set new benchmarks for efficiency and standardization.
Stay ahead of the curve by integrating emerging technologies into our business strategies.
Optimize performance with data-driven insights, automation, and streamlined processes.
Build and mentor a world-class team of Program Managers, Project Managers, and Delivery Leads, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
Inspire innovation, drive continuous improvement, and champion a culture where every voice is heard and valued.
Who You Are
Visionary leader with a Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science or related field; MBA preferred.
Certified in Program Management and/or Product Ownership (CPM, CSPO, PSPO, ACPMPO, or equivalent).
15+ years of experience driving strategy and program management in omni-channel environments.
Proven track record of delivering digital and data-driven business value, with deep financial acumen.
Experience leading global teams and managing complex, matrixed organizations.
Master communicator, able to inspire and align senior leaders, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
Strategic thinker with a bias for action—innovative, collaborative, and relentlessly focused on results.
Champion of equity, inclusion, and diversity, with infectious enthusiasm and a growth mindset.
Agile operator who thrives in fast-paced environments and drives change through curiosity and effective facilitation.
Strong work ethic, high energy, and a passion for building high-performing teams.

$330,000 - $375,000 The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
