Job Description LS Technologies, a Tetra Tech company, is seeking a Project Coordinator to provide programmatic, business, budget, and/or acquisition support for FAA programs. This role involves program planning, contract management, budget, and performance tracking. The Project Coordinator will work closely with FAA stakeholders, contractors, and leadership to ensure program efficiency, compliance, and alignment with FAA objectives.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Build, maintain, and analyze program data. Generate program/project status, cost and schedule indicators, project schedule trends, critical path analysis, and schedule optimizations.
Develop and analyze weekly/monthly reports on business‑related metrics.
Identify potential project trends and risks to management. Create cost estimates for procurement actions.
Develop business systems and processes based on user needs and requirements.
Devise or modify procedures to enable management to make program decisions based on cost-benefit analysis and schedule considerations.
Assume quality assurance responsibilities.
Serve as an expert contributor in particular business processes responsible for formulating systems scope and objectives relative to the organization’s business plan and industry requirements.
Act independently or as a member of a project team responsible for providing guidance concerning the business implications of the application of various systems.
Interact with the Project Manager and Scheduling Lead to provide communication across working domains.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in program management support.
BA/BS degree.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and Word.
Demonstrated experience with multi‑tasking program events.
Experience in organizing and leading teams.
Background in supporting flexible programs with moving pieces and maintaining schedules.
Preferred
PMP Certification.
Experience with NAS Implementation program management.
Demonstrated experience with managing field teams.
Work Requirements
Work location: Remote.
Work hours: 40 per week.
Travel: 10%.
Physical Requirements
Extended computer use: regular and prolonged periods at a computer terminal.
Lifting and carrying: occasional lifting of equipment and materials up to 50 pounds during installations or maintenance.
Mobility: ability to move around the office environment to access computer hardware, networking equipment, and server rooms.
Dexterity: manual dexterity and visual acuity to operate computer equipment, troubleshoot issues, and perform tasks requiring precision.
Sitting/standing: prolonged sitting and occasional standing may be required for troubleshooting and attending to system issues.
Background check: must obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
Compensation and Benefits Salary is based on education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience. The projected compensation range for this position is provided within the posting and is based on full-time, 40‑hour/week status. Part‑time staff receive compensation at an hourly rate.
