Job Responsibilities
Interact with patients live through video conferencing using employer-provided equipment in your home office.
Complete remaining aspects of the eye exam via remote exam equipment and technology.
Collaborate with qualified optometric technicians who provide complete pre-testing before the examination.
Build a critical doctor-patient relationship during one-on-one video visits.
Qualifications
Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited school of optometry.
State licensed or will be licensed to practice optometry in the state where you will be practicing.
Ability to provide remote optometry care in states where teleoptometry encounters are permitted.
