Key Responsibilities
Support Account Representatives by managing customer orders Request and process vendor pricing and quotations Enter and maintain purchase orders in internal systems Verify order acknowledgements and resolve discrepancies with suppliers Coordinate artwork, proofs, production, and delivery schedules Track orders using active purchase order reports and follow-up as needed Perform general administrative and clerical support tasks as needed Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred Previous experience in sales support, administrative, or customer service roles Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) Comfortable working closely with internal teams and external vendors What We Offer
