Technical Hiring Criteria (Must Haves)
" Top 3 Required skills: Python Development Strong experience in Python, Django, REST APIs, VueJs
(Must-Have) Hands-on experience with Docker, AWS, and CI/CD pipelines Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Redis, Celery Experience in automation and scripting (Bash / Shell)
" Years of experience in each of the must-have skills: 5+ Years
" Any Certifications required: No
