About the Company
Our client provides consulting and training services to manufacturing organizations, helping them improve performance, develop leadership capabilities, and drive operational excellence. They partner closely with clients to deliver measurable business outcomes through tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Independently generate new sales leads and build a strong pipeline
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners
Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Meet or exceed sales goals established by leadership
Account Management & Client Engagement
Serve as an advisor to clients throughout the engagement lifecycle
Develop proposals and supporting documentation using Salesforce
Coordinate contract confirmation, project kickoff, scheduling, and invoicing approvals
Monitor client feedback and survey completion to assess impact
Collaboration & Operations
Partner with marketing on event promotions and outreach campaigns
Support social media and marketing initiatives
Work with delivery teams to maintain accurate pricing and course offerings in Salesforce
CRM & Reporting
Maintain accurate client records, pipeline activity, and reporting within Salesforce
Qualifications
Associate’s degree and/or equivalent experience
1–3 years of business development or sales experience (manufacturing sector preferred)
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
Ability to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, technical, or related field
Experience supporting training or consulting services sales
Familiarity with manufacturing environments

Base Salary:
Competitive (DOE)
On-Target Earnings (OTE) / Bonus Structure:
