We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented
Sales Support Administrator
to join our busy team of 12 in Rockford and become the essential support for our after-market light industrial sales across the USA and Canada.
In this role, you will:
Process a high volume of sales orders quickly and accurately (mostly via email)
Track orders, check pricing, and provide timely status updates to customers
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns (RMAs), credits, and re-bills
Make outgoing calls and manage emails to keep customers happy
Communicate customer feedback to the sales team and report monthly results
What we’re looking for:
1–3 years of administrative or sales support experience
Strong organization, email/task management skills, and a self-starter attitude
Excellent communication skills (phone and email)
Eagerness to learn our systems and products quickly
Sprachkenntnisse
