About the role:
An established scientific membership organisation is seeking a
Data Analyst
to join a small, specialist data insights team working at the heart of evidence, insight and impact. This role plays a key part in understanding the health of a scientific discipline and supporting strategic decision making through high quality data analysis, reporting and visualisation. You will work closely with technical colleagues and internal stakeholders to turn complex and sometimes messy data into clear, compelling insight that informs programmes, projects and policy activity.
This is a fixed term opportunity until
31 December 2026 , ideally starting as soon as possible.
What you will be doing
Working with internal and external datasets to extract, clean, analyse and interpret data Using
Python
for data extraction, cleaning and analysis, and
Power BI
