You'll ensure that our wafer transport systems (transfer tools, sorters, N2 systems) operate at maximum efficiency.

Your Mission: Take the lead on hardware performance and drive technological development:

1. System Optimization & Setup: You will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, and continuous improvement of our AMHS hardware.

2. In-Depth Troubleshooting: For complex issues, you will conduct root cause analyses (8D, FMEA, SPC) and implement sustainable solutions.

3. Project Management: You will lead cross-functional projects aimed at improving productivity, quality, and cost efficiency—from planning through to performance review.

4. Technology Scouting: You will evaluate new equipment and materials, work closely with suppliers, and develop in-house hardware solutions to meet operational needs.

5. Leadership & Mentoring: You will lead and mentor a team of technicians and junior engineers, share your knowledge, and foster team spirit through clear communication.

6. Fab Setup: You will actively assist with installation and coordinate upgrades in close collaboration with other departments.

You are a proactive team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is willing to take on responsibility.

1. Qualifications: A Master's degree in Engineering, such as Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.

2. Experience: Professional experience in the semiconductor industry is required.

3. Technical expertise: In-depth knowledge of optimization algorithms, control systems, and mechanical automation.

4. Methodological skills: Proficiency in quality tools such as SPC, FMEA, and 8D problem-solving.

5. Personality: Hands-on mentality, resilience, and the ability to motivate and lead teams professionally.

6. Language: Fluent in English (company language). Basic communication skills in Mandarin or German is a plus.

7. Training: Available for on-the-job training in Taiwan, 9 to 12 months.

Location: Dresden, Germany.
