Behavior Paraprofessioanl Substitute

Minnetonka Public Schools is accepting applications for behavior paraprofessional substitute for the current school year. This position needs to be filled promptly until the end of the school year 6/10/2026. We are actively reviewing applications as they are submitted.

Responsibilities:

• Support, modify, adjust and monitor behavior programs based on IEP goals for special education
• Implement positive behavior strategies and de-escalation techniques as directed
• Assist with supervision during instructional and non-instructional needs as directed
• Apply student management techniques and reinforcement schedules under the supervision and direction of teacher/IEP manager and/or building principal
• Perform other duties of a similar nature or level

Requirements:

• Strong classroom management and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
