The Role
As a Technical Sales Administrator, you will provide front-line technical and commercial support to customers and internal engineers. Your responsibilities will include: Handling customer enquiries via telephone and email
Identifying parts using technical drawings, exploded diagrams, and parts catalogues
Preparing and issuing accurate quotations
Processing customer and web shop orders
Liaising with suppliers to obtain pricing, availability, and lead times
