Occupational Therapy Assistant

Synchrony Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide high-quality, patient-centered care within our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will implement treatment plans under the direction of an Occupational Therapist, focusing on restoring function, promoting independence, and enhancing quality of life. You will document patient progress, assist with care planning, and educate patients and families.
