This position ensures that meals are prepared, served, and delivered in accordance with established dietary guidelines and individual resident care plans. The Dietary Aide collaborates closely with the dietary team and healthcare staff to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming dining environment that promotes resident satisfaction and well-being. Attention to detail and adherence to food safety standards is critical to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with health regulations.
