Requirements:
Hands-on ServiceNow QA / Testing experience
Experience testing across: ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, Asset Management, CMDB
Strong manual testing background (test cases, test execution, defect tracking)
Experience with ServiceNow ATF (Automated Test Framework)
Experience with end-to-end / regression testing in ServiceNow environments
Responsibilities:
Execute manual and automated testing for ServiceNow implementations
Develop and maintain ATF test scripts and suites
Validate configurations across ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, CMDB, Asset Management
Identify, document, and track defects and test results
Partner with developers and stakeholders to ensure quality releases
Nice to Have:
Experience with ServiceNow upgrades / releases
Exposure to Agile / Scrum environments
Familiarity with integration
