A3 Smart Home security systems
directly to homeowners. This is a
full-time W-2 position with base pay plus uncapped commission , offering strong earning potential and clear growth opportunities. If you enjoy talking with people and want a career where
your income reflects your performance , this could be a great fit. Compensation
Base pay + uncapped commission
On-Target Earnings:
$55,000 – $100,000+
Full-time W-2 employment

What You’ll Do
Meet with homeowners in residential neighborhoods
Educate customers on
smart home security solutions
Recommend systems that fit customer needs
Close sales and schedule installations
Requirements
Strong communication skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Comfortable working in residential neighborhoods
Reliable transportation
No prior sales experience required.
