Other duties as assigned. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Minimum education required of the position Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related technical field. Minimum experience required of the position 8+ years of experience designing, implementing, or managing OT and IT systems in utility, energy, or infrastructure sectors. Proven expertise in systems architecture with at least two of the following: ArcGIS Utility Network, SCADA (OSI Monarch), AMI systems, or ETRM platforms (Quorum). Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities preferred of the position Strong understanding of system integration principles, APIs, data flows, and automation frameworks. Experience developing technology roadmaps, enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman), or digital transformation initiatives. Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure, edge computing, cybersecurity standards (e.g., NIST), and data governance practices. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to influence across business and technical teams. Experience with scripting, data engineering, or solution development (e.g., Python, SQL, .NET) is a plus. Any certificates, licenses, etc. required for the position None

to operate a personal computer, either desktop or
laptop. Able
to sit for extended periods of time. Able
to operate a copy machine, fax machine,
calculator, telephone and other miscellaneous office
equipment. Able
to exert up to 10 Lbs. of force occasionally, and /or a minimal amount of
force frequently to lift, carry, push or otherwise
move objects.
