Summary: We’re looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to help standardize and scale CI/CD pipelines across a large, enterprise environment. This role will focus on building repeatable deployment patterns, improving delivery reliability, and driving DevOps best practices across engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement standardized CI/CD pipelines across teams
Define pipeline-as-code standards, branching strategies, and release processes
Build and manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC)
Deploy and manage containerized workloads (Kubernetes, Docker)
Integrate DevOps tools (CI/CD, source control, ticketing) into a unified workflow
Establish monitoring, logging, and alerting standards
Track and improve delivery metrics (deployment frequency, MTTR, failure rates)
Collaborate with engineering, QA, and platform teams to drive adoption
Required Qualifications:
10+ years in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering
Proven experience standardizing CI/CD pipelines across organizations
Strong expertise with IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar)
Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes (AKS/ECS preferred)
Deep knowledge of Azure cloud services (networking, IAM, managed services)
Strong scripting skills (PowerShell preferred)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Azure DevOps and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
Familiarity with Harness for CI/CD
Strong GitHub workflow knowledge (branching, PR reviews)
Experience with JIRA for Agile workflows
Exposure to DevSecOps (security, secrets, compliance automation)
Azure certifications (Administrator or DevOps Engineer Expert)
