The principal function of an employee in this job is to drive traffic to our dealership. You will do this by fielding incoming internet leads, calls, emails, and text messages. You will be responsible for communicating efficiently and effectively with Bank's customers, assisting them with their online shopping needs, and ultimately setting appointments for the showroom. The work is performed under the direction of the BDC Manager and Assistant Manager. An employee in this job must establish and maintain effective working relationships with the corresponding Sales staff in addition to the customers and potential customers we interact with. As a commission based role, you're earning potential in unlimited and uncapped! MUST Haves: BDC Experience (minimum 1 year preferred and/or 1 year of automotive sales) Strong oral and written communication skills Ability to take feedback and constructive criticism Ability to work flexible hours (we are open 6 days a week, but you will have 5 day work weeks including every other weekend off. Team player attitude Posses strong time-management skills and an ability to multitask Posses a willingness to learn, and become a true professional Posses a drive for a commission based income with an unlimited potential for growth
