Location requirement:
Must work on-site in Juno Beach, FL at all times.
Required qualifications:
At least 3+ years of experience in digital strategy, user experience, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of Human-Centered Design methods such as design thinking, experience blueprinting, and insight synthesis.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across business units and IT stakeholders.
Availability to work 100% on-site in Juno Beach, FL.
Responsibilities:
Conduct benchmarking, usability testing, and user behavior analysis to inform design decisions.
Perform qualitative and quantitative research and build personas and journey maps.
Identify challenges with root cause analysis and propose experience improvements.
Collaborate on experience blueprinting and value modeling to improve solution impact.
Synthesize insights, present findings, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
Support discovery and research phases and partner report-outs to drive strategic vision.
Align application strategy with Experience Architecture and cross-functional teams.
