Internet / BDC Representative
to handle incoming digital leads and provide a premium online experience for our customers. Job Responsibilities: Respond promptly
and professionally to internet leads, texts, and phone calls Set appointments
and follow up with customers throughout their buying journey Update and
maintain accurate customer records in the CRM (eLead experience a plus) Ensure online
inventory and listings are up to date and accurate Work closely
with the sales team to support appointment conversion and customer
satisfaction What We’re Looking For: Previous BDC or
customer service experience preferred (automotive is a plus) Strong written
and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented,
organized, and tech-savvy Self-motivated
and comfortable in a fast-paced environment Customer-first
