Senior, lead level but hands-on.
We're seeking an
experienced Analytics Engineer (10+ years)
who can lead hands on analytics engineering work and partner closely with the business.
Key Responsibilities
Design and build scalable analytics data models and curated datasets using
Snowflake and dbt Cloud (must be technically deep in both)
Own complex
SQL and dbt
development (transformations, testing, documentation, performance optimization)
Partner with business stakeholders, PMs, and analytics engineers to translate requirements into strong data models
Establish best practices for analytics engineering, data modeling, testing, and reusable patterns
experience with synch tools such as Fivetran for Real-Time ingestion.
Deliver trusted, analytics ready data for reporting, self service BI, and AI use cases
Troubleshoot data issues and drive data quality, consistency, and trust
Provide technical leadership and guidance across analytics engineering work
Required Experience
Strong hands on experience with
analytics engineering, data modeling, advanced SQL, dbt, Snowflake, and GitHub
10+ years of Data Engineering/Analytics experience.
3+ years of Snowflake.
Deep understanding of
dimensional modeling
Strong stakeholder communication, problem solving, and documentation skills
Ability to balance speed with scalable, well governed design
